  I asked Gary to give us an appraisal for purpose of establishing value of our house for parent child exemption. He responded quickly. He was professional, polite, careful, and considerate as he went about he business of measuring all the rooms and taking photos of the outside and inside of the house. Before sending the appraisal to us, he took time to call and explain a few details in it. His explanation was helpful. The appraisal was thorough. I don't see how he could have done a better job. I give him five stars.

  Gary is amazing! I called six or seven certified residential appraisers in Los Angeles County to ask if I could receive training in order to obtain my Residential License (AL). None of the appraisers wanted to train me except Gary. He answered all my questions regarding licensing on the phone and even invited me to his office the following day. I have never seen someone as disciplined, knowledgeable and professional as Gary. He answers his phone calls and emails in lightning speed. Impressive communication skills, treats all his clients with respect. He is always punctual to his scheduled appointments and very detailed in inspecting the properties. Gary has the knowledge, experience and dedication to produce accurate and well documented appraisal reports with quick turnaround time. You can immediately sense that Gary loves his job and cares about his clients. I highly recommend Gary to anyone looking for a professional appraiser with great personality.
