  I would like to share my experience at The Stuart. Starting with their management department, I draw attention to Niki Lunsford and Mayra Marroquin. There has never been a time, that when I called they have placed me on hold. The first thing I'm asked is "How are you today and how can we help you?" This made me feel very comfortable. "How can we help you" is very important to me. AND, they have a wonderful way of making us feel at home. That brings me to the maintenance department. I am surprised that with The Stuart being as large as it is, the building is kept like if it was just opened for business today. The maintenance team that is helmed by Alex Perez has an attitude of ready and available and keep the building in the same respect. I will be here one year in June. This is my first experience in urban living, I recommend whole heartedly that everyone have this great experience. Most Sincerely, Virginia Hougasian
